By using our Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
By accessing or using our Site, requesting an estimate, or entering into a service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else who interacts with our Site or services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Lodi Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing is a Concrete Flooring Contractor based in Lodi, CA. We provide concrete flooring and surface coating services for residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to epoxy floor coatings, polished concrete, garage floor coatings, concrete resurfacing, pool deck coatings, and related concrete preparation and repair work.
All services are provided in accordance with the written scope of work agreed upon between us and the customer prior to the start of any project. Services performed outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
We reserve the right to decline any project request at our discretion, including projects that fall outside our service area or scope of expertise.
All written estimates provided by Lodi Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing are based on conditions observed at the time of the on-site visit and the scope of work described during that visit. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise noted.
Estimates are not final invoices. The final price may differ from the estimate if conditions discovered during the work differ from those observed at the time of estimation - for example, if additional concrete repairs are needed, if the concrete contains moisture levels that require extra treatment, or if the customer requests changes to the scope of work.
We will notify you in writing before performing any work that would result in a price increase above the original estimate. We will not proceed with out-of-scope work without your approval.
Free estimates are provided without obligation. Receiving an estimate does not commit either party to a service agreement.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer that time to other customers and to reschedule materials deliveries accordingly.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice after materials have been ordered or work has begun may be subject to a fee to cover costs already incurred, including materials that cannot be returned or labor mobilization costs.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find an alternative date.
Customer responsibilities at the time of the scheduled start date include: clearing the work area of all vehicles, equipment, and personal belongings as agreed upon; ensuring access to utilities such as water and electricity if needed; and being available or designating a responsible party to be on site at the start of work.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement. In general, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion of work. The specific deposit amount and payment schedule will be stated in writing before any work begins.
Payment is accepted by cash, check, or electronic transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not extend credit or payment plans unless arranged in advance and documented in writing.
Final payment is due upon project completion and customer acceptance of the work. If the customer is unavailable to inspect and accept the work at completion, payment is due within 3 business days of project completion.
Accounts with overdue balances may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to pursue collection through lawful means for unpaid balances, including filing a mechanic's lien on the property where work was performed, as permitted under California law.
Any warranty provided on our workmanship will be described in your written service agreement. In the absence of a specific written warranty, our services are provided "as is" with respect to any conditions that are outside our control or not discoverable at the time of the estimate.
Warranties do not cover: normal wear and tear from regular use; damage caused by the customer or third parties after project completion; failure resulting from conditions that were not disclosed at the time of estimate, such as pre-existing moisture intrusion, structural movement, or contamination within the concrete; or modifications made to the work by anyone other than our crew.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and cleared prior to the scheduled start of work, as agreed in the project scope. You are also responsible for ensuring that any required permits for the work are obtained prior to the start of work, if applicable. We can advise you on whether a permit may be required, but obtaining permits is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You agree to provide accurate information about the condition of the surfaces to be worked on, including any known prior repairs, coatings, moisture issues, or structural concerns. Failure to disclose known conditions may void any workmanship warranty.
